small room bad noise
the location was good, it was a short walk to the shops.
The room was small and the noise from the street was bad. i also found hairs in the bathroom, it wasn't cleaned properly. the bed was not very comfortable. I tossed and turned all night.

A cute stay
warm welcome powerful shower fresh breakfast extra tea
Lena greeted us so warmly on arrival. The powerful shower was AMAZING. It made mornings so much better. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked fresh each day. I requested extra tea and milk for my room, and they were provided without hesitation.
I noticed A TINY bit of wear on some of the furniture.

Breakfast included several fresh options and was cooked to order each morning. The dining area was clean and well-kept. The breakfast service started promptly at the scheduled time, a great convenience. I FOUND the coffee to be strong and flavorful.

The hotel is close to amenities. IT is a walk uphill. The beach is also within walking distance, and many shops and restaurants are nearby. Public transportation options are readily available from the hotel.

The staff was very kind about my service dog. Lena came out to greet us. SHE also said goodbye and offered for us to leave our car there longer. Requests for additional amenities were addressed promptly.

The room was clean, and the bed WAS comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was very clean. The shower had excellent water pressure. It was great. Everything I needed was available in the room.

warm welcome easy access convenient location
the welcome was warm and the location near my work in westbourne was very convenient. i could easily walk to the town center for dinner.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
limited space single cabinet
The breakfast included a full English option. It proved quite filling.
The room felt quite small, and there was limited space for luggage. I found the need to plug the kettle in near the door inconvenient. There was only one bedside cabinet available. I did require two.
